One-on-one training is an amazing way to kick off your fitness goals and to stay accountable. I've worked with clients for a few sessions to get them started, or over many years to keep them on track and focused.

Studio Classes

New Energy Fitness

I am a resident personal trainer at New Energy Fitness in Winchester. I teach classes there as well as one-on-one personal training sessions.

Wednesday Max HIIT 6:00 to 6:45pm

Thursday Cardio Sculpt 9:30 to 10:15am

Sunday Core Blast 10:20 to 10:50am

These classes fill up quick so be sure to sign up in advance to ensure your spot.

Bootcamp, but not the scary kind…

I run outdoor bootcamp sessions that are high-intensity, multi-discipline workouts incorporating a variety of cardio and resistance exercises. While I call it bootcamp, I'm not a drill Sargent and I strive to keep this fun and invigorating. These sessions are pay as you go and we are usually not afraid of bad weather.
