You've made the decision to work with a personal trainer, now you need to find one that you connect with and trust to help you reach your goals. I love my work and I pour my energy into every session I teach. 

Exercise, sports and all around well being have been a staple in my life for as long as I can remember. I am a level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 gym instructor and a former secondary school PE teacher. A few years ago while living abroad, I launched Hels Bells Fitness because I recognized the need for sympathetic, experienced and English speaking trainers where I was living. Since coming back to the UK, I've built up a strong community of clients and friends through the bootcamps I run as well as the gym classes and personal training sessions I teach.

For you to see success, you need to find what works best for you. My skills are varied and I incorporate a lot of variety in my sessions. Through HITT, circuit, strength and conditioning training I create a plan that will keep you motivated and show you results. 

In fitness, there is something for everyone and I am here to help find what works for you. I will help you set and meet  your personal fitness goals.
